the team
we're founders who've been on both sides - we know what it's like to run a business and what it takes to ship software that works.
our story
simon and christian have been building and working with startups together for over seven years. michael runs a fifth-generation family business and brings deep operational experience from the service industry, while also having significant experience in the startup world.
we met while working on different sides of the same problem: simon and christian were developing software for the service sector; michael was pushing digital transformation from within a traditional business, aiming to disrupt an old economy market.
the more time we spent collaborating, the more we understood the industry's real challenges - and the scale of opportunity in a digital-first future, if done right. that shared perspective is why we founded playgroundstudios.ai - out of frustration with the hype, the empty pitches, and the disconnect between flashy tech and actual business impact.
we saw that most companies don't need more ai headlines - they need practical integration, real use cases, and a team that understands both the code and the context.
so that's what we're building: ai that fits your business, not the other way around.
what we believe
you should simply be able to work on your core business without having to worry about software integration complexity
AI adoption shouldn't require you to become a tech company - we handle the complexity so you can focus on what you do best
good software should feel invisible - it should solve problems without creating new ones
family businesses and SMEs are the backbone of the economy - they deserve enterprise-grade AI solutions built for their reality
